Location: IKEA Oman store only (in IKEA restaurant only)

Pricing Options:

  • OMR 39 for IKEA Family Members

  • OMR 45 for regular customers

 

Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Orders can be placed online or in-store.

  • Orders must be paid for in advance for confirmation. A receipt will be sent to customers by email/SMS when placing an order online. Customers must present the order confirmation/receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.

  • In-store bookings must be paid for in advance at the IKEA restaurant, and a printed receipt will be issued to customers. Customers must present the receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.

  • Customers must inform IKEA of any allergy requirements when placing the order.

  • Al-Futtaim IKEA is not responsible for any food allergies or dietary issues that were not communicated at the time of booking.

  • Customers must choose their preferred pickup time when placing their order, whether in-store or online.

  • Customers placing their orders online must also choose their preferred store for collection.

  • Customers must provide their name, mobile number, and/or email address to complete the order.

  • Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the reservation date will be processed and refunded via the same payment method. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the reservation date will not be accepted or refunded. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Reservations may not be transferred between IKEA stores.

  • This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discounts, including but not limited to Al-Futtaim employee discounts, other promotions, special discounts, and/or special agreements.

  • Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to cancel the offer in the event of unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund of any payments made.

  • The collection date cannot be changed once confirmed.

  • If the offer is not collected at the confirmed location, date, and time, no refund will be provided, and the offer (whole roast turkey with roasting tin) will not be provided.

  • The offer must be collected on the confirmed date and time.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Customers will be required to provide their personal data, including their phone number and/or email address. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for this personal data and will use it to administer the promotion and contact participants.

  • Al-Futtaim IKEA processes personal data based on legitimate interest, as described herein. By entering this offer and providing personal data, each participant confirms that they understand their personal data will be processed for the purposes described above.

  • The offer is made available by Al-Futtaim IKEA, which reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to engage a third party to administer the offer. Any amendments to the terms and conditions will take effect immediately.

  • Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the offer beyond its control, or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.

  • Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to revoke the offer if fraud, unlawful activity, or improper use is suspected. Customers agree not to use a revoked purchase receipt.

  • Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the offer, and customers agree to indemnify against any claims relating to the use of the offer.

By entering this offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
